Michael and Natasha met whilst studying at the Australian Institute of Music and have been friends and partners in music ever since!

MEET NATASHA
You can call me Tash! Ever since I can remember, I have always been surrounded by weddings and events. My parents owned a function center for 15 years. It was here, at a young age, I was exposed to music from the 60's through to the 90's and my love for music began. I trained in singing, dance and acting at Brent Street studios for 12 years. I then I went on to obtain my Bachelor of Music at the Australian Institute of Music and then dove straight into the live music scene where I have been working professionally in for over 10 years. I also front as lead singer of Sydney’s favourite Party band, Jellybean Jam!
What I love most about performing:
I think it's such a privilege to be a part of some of the most significant moments in people's lives. One of the things that makes my job so incredibly rewarding is watching people lose themselves in the music and be completely in that moment; like nothing else matters in that moment!

MEET MICHAEL
Hey there! I'm Michael, a session and freelance guitar and mandolin player based in Sydney. I graduated from the Australian Institute Of Music with a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Performance, where I majored in Guitar.
I've been lucky enough to perform in some amazing commercial musicals across Australia, like Moulin Rouge, Dolly Parton’s 9 To 5, Come From Away, In The Heights, Fun Home, Cry Baby, Dubbo Championship Wrestling, Catch Me If You Can, Caroline, Or Change, and ‘Rewired’. I've even toured with the Ten Tenors throughout Australia and New Zealand!
When I'm not performing in musicals, I also play at private events with ‘XO Duo’. As an arranger, I've worked on some really cool projects like the new Gumbaynggirr musical Yellow Rock (which won a Dreaming Award and an APRA AMCOS Professional Award), original compositions with the rock band OST, and on various studio albums.
I'm always eager to expand my musical horizons, which is why I love exploring culturally diverse musical styles. I've performed traditional Greek and Irish music all over Australia, and I also play unique instruments like the Irish Bouzouki, Mandolin, and Octave Mandolin.
And if that's not enough, I'm also interested in composition and love coming up with new and creative pieces.
